Interesting design. The curve seems almost streamline moderne but the glazing and overall form look kind of Scandinavian. Not a fan of the surface parking at the back.

The area is all plazas, so I'm not surprised by the surface parking; that's just what's affordable in this area of Brampton.

The building is a couple of floors out of the ground already.
