It's better than just about any paint job that has happened in the city however, a little too IKEA

This is a huge improvement for this tower. It's looked very rundown and rather depressing for the last many years. Now it looks like someone cares for it.

The aesthetics of these buildings are being improved by paint, new fixtures and stainless steel. The question to still be answered is if these new real estate investors care about providing a better service than those that have held onto many of these buildings since the 1970s. One thing for sure, these guys aren't in it for as long a term.

Treatment of blank wall facing Dupont will 'make it, or break it'.
Also, window A/C units are not helping.

Here's hoping that the interior is seeing marked improvements through a renovation as well. We're looking into it!

The area is slowly improving. This is getting re-clad, the Metro store on the north west corner will open soon, and the Galleria mall just to the east will be demolished for a dense, new community. Now if only that horrid Coffee Time would close and get redeveloped, virtually all of the long-standing ghetto factor of this intersection would be vanquished.
