For those of you interested, here are the floor plans for the tower. I feel the units are either too small, or poorly designed for the larger units.

Indeed, those layouts are almost uniformly awful. And I am so tired of this balcony fetish. This is Canada, for God's sake! The space is unused for most of the year, and it adds tremendous costs in the long run. I had no balcony at the Liberties, at 80 Charles East, at the Lexington and at ROPC and I didn't and still don't miss it.

Agreed. Would like to see more condos built with minimal to no balconies and more juliette balconies. It's not like you can BBQ on em anyways.

BTW, the layouts are terrible.

I forgot to add the price list. On ave $650 psf for the smaller one bed/studio units for tower suits. A bit high for that area I think as its slowly up and coming.

Does anyone know if they have sent out a final occupancy notice for the lower floors? I’m on the 31st floor, and would love to know if my floor is still on track for July.
