This will go on the 'vacant' land; which is tied to the existing TCHC complex on the right hand side of the shot.
6-storeys is (apparently) as tall as you can go with Wood-Frame Modular in Ontario. Above that height you need to go to steel-frame.@HousingNowTO Is there an opportunity to get more units here? Looks like it could have easily been 10-12 floors in light of the building beside it.
Also, is your team pushing for affordable/supportive housing to be built on any other of our many tower in the park sites?
Fencing was up on Schedule... will go back for another visit this week to see if anything has changed since early March.Community update was posted for this one in January of this year.

I don't think they can say exactly which groups it will serve until an actual operator of the site is contracted... they aspire to housing some of those groups...The City of Toronto broke ground on new 57 unit project on 7 Glamorgan Avenue once complete woman, Indigenous, and people with disabilities will move in.
