What had me looking this up in the old Golf Course thread (locked) was a report headed to the next TRCA Executive Ctte Mtg.

That report, linked below, seeks permission to sell 2.78 acres of TRCA land to Remington for the purposes of adding to the development that is the subject of this thread.

The report identifies that this is a portion of a larger TRCA holding; but this portion is deemed of no great ecological value; and therefore disposable.
