Seriously considering purchasing a small two bedroom in this building, mostly attracted by the area and the great (public) schools surrounding it - however there is very little about the builders - anyone have any experience with them before? The area is very reputable and would guarantee a decent resale down the road despite the price going to 700 dollars/sqf. Thanks in advance.

State Building Group = highrise division of Forest Hill Homes (somehow related to Madison I think)

State only did a few buildings but turned out rather nice IMO, being 2 towers at Residences of Promenade Park and 3 towers at Hillside at York Mills
