Architecturally interesting....

I would prefer to see the tower w/the curved face take that all the way down to the podium to contrast with the more typical rectilinear box to its side.

I would prefer to see the podium nipped and tucked on the Black Creek facing side such that the creek could gain a natural table-land buffer of at least 10M, and I'd prefer 15M.
