55 Sudbury sold 18 months ago with redevelopment potential. While researching 100 Davenport I came across an architect's massing study from ZAP Architects.--looks to be about 12-14 storeys.

ZAP is known to work with Diamante amongst other developers.

As per the Lobbyist registry, Edev would like to see this site in play as Transit-Oriented Development.

Quite irregular in shape, it's about 11,000ft2 (1017M2)

We can see the proposed footprint (as of 2019) of the new 'Smart Track' Station The bright red on Sudbury is the site of the new station entry, and the current site of 99 Sudbury which was once the glass factory associated with the office at this site (55 Sudbury)

The small white square to the right on the image above is 55 Sudbury.
