What's there now:

8 storey residential.

Directly across from Lisgar Park.

odd. Likely Medallion as they are the existing owners.

This building isn't that old - It's mid 90's vintage IIRC. Also not sure what they are thinking in terms of how much extra height they can get here. It seems pretty maxed out already.

I supposed they could argue for Edge being the precedent at 21 floors?

Or they could try the argument that they're close enough to the Liberty Village GO station to make a TOD argument?

Also........were they still erecting multi-storey buildings w/o central A/C in the 90s?

I agree it looks of that vintage......but that seems peculiar to me.

Edit to add: They're still actively leasing the existing building.

I used to live in 45 Lisgar adjacent - leasing was integrated between the two buildings, and they share a single level parking garage underneath. 55's units rented substantially lower than 45's did.
