Are they going to replace the windows all the way around, or just on the front?
Looks like a nice upgrade, but I'd hate to face the rent increase they're gonna charge themselves!

Scaffolding along College has been removed, although it doesn't appear that any grade level improvements have been made (yet?).

The windows are a small part of this project. The whole job is the renovation and improvement of the whole interior.
Goodlife, is supposed to be relocated to a new location in the new basement which has been excavated and underpinned. Akelius will occupy the whole building once the renovations are complete. They are also putting a new rooftop patio that has amazing views south.
