Yes, work continues here, there is now the start of some sort of steel structure on the roof - maybe only an elevator shaft or maybe it's this permit:
"Proposal for interior renovation of existing 3 storey (+ basement) building; construction of new fourth floor; renovation and extension of one existing exit stair; and replacement and extension of one existing exit stair (base building)". OR it may be the start of this roof-top thing (from their new website.
