It looks like they are separating the construction site from the new park.
They still have a little bit of work to finish that park. I’m not sure what….
Artificial grass /fence for dogs? Soft cushion area for kids stuff? Hard surface with tables and chairs? Other?

The spray on grass is growing! I guess you can spray it on and let it freeze in the late fall.

I have no idea what they are doing on the north side construction site. Maybe just “park-ing it” until the weather improves.

Yeah I honestly dont know what theses crews are doing here. I've been seeing them every day for the past 2 weeks since they've completed the fence work.

Maybe just meeting up every day enjoying their coffee, relaxing and hanging out for 9 hours because I have noticed any differences lately.

They are working on the water feature :)

I find that the construction cones complement and parallel the circularity of the cutout in the plywood, while the half-submerged turquoise barrel adds a touch of whimsy without overwhelming or undermining the urban textures of the putrid standing water and random pieces of detritus.

A helpful designer's intention plaque could help clarify some of the implied symbolism in the park's many features. Who knows, maybe the entire thing is meant to be viewed from high above.
