Another Whitby flavoured apartment infill project
Members of the public can comment on proposal at public meeting on Jan. 13 at 7 p.m.
- The applications seek to permit the development of a 7-storey residential apartment building, comprised of 119 residential units. The proposed building includes a total of 164 parking spaces predominantly within a 2- level underground parking garage, with limited surface parking spaces for visitors. A full movement vehicular access is proposed onto Brock Street at the southwest side of the subject land through a “porte cochère” (breezeway driveway), which leads to the ramp as well as the surface parking spaces at the rear of the site.
