It looks like an application was filed recently for increasing the height of the yet-to-be-built 35 floor building to 43 floors

Parkside Square Phase 4 includes Building A: a proposed 43-storey rental apartment building designed by Turner Fleischer for Tribute on the northeast corner of Yorkland Boulevard and Smooth Rose Court, west of Consumers Road and south of Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto's Henry Farm neighbourhood.

• Storey count decreased from 43 to 34
• Height decreased from 135.05 to 109.25m
• Total residential units decreased from 471 to 375
• Total vehicular parking decreased from 314 to 281 (counts for Building A only, underground garage shared with Building B)
• Total bicycle parking increased from 354 to 376
