405 Eastern Av (Enbridge, 3s, ?)

Site Plan Approval for 405 Eastern (part of this property address) was submitted yesterday.
It is up now. This turns out to be for the Enbridge Station "B" Expansion Development.

The proposed development is a three (3) storey industrial office building which includes the demolition of an existing one storey industrial office and two storey warehouse addition. The development will be completed in two phases; the first phase will include the first storey level and the second phase will include the additional second and third levels of the building. The proposal includes the construction of a three (3) storey industrial office with a building area of 1800 sqm for office area and 517sqm of industrial space. The total gross floor area is 7,037sqm. The proposed height of the building is 12 metres. The development proposes to provide underground parking with a gross floor area of 2,185 sqm which will provide 65 office parking spaces and 5 industrial parking spaces.
