Currently proposed as a 55-storey residential condominium & affordable rental building designed by architects—Alliance for Dream, Great Gulf & Waterfront Toronto on the west side of Small Street, north of Queens Quay East.

I quite like the podium and the crown. The materiality looks good as well. Though I do wish the tower had a flourish somewhere to break it up.
