The site is currently the parking structure for the Delta Hotels Toronto Mississauga and hard to say if the Delta Hotel is part of the for sate of property for sale by the Conservatory Group or part of the office tower at Matthew Gate. It could also be for the Widesuites Condos that where built by the Conservatory Group. This one of numerous sites own by the three bothers using different names for their companies under Conservatory Group umbrella that have to be sold due to the legal issue who will own the Conservatory Group.

Took a closer look at the sign and the area that the sign said 4900 sq feet which is odd since the parking structure is more than that,. The building south of it is the parking structure for the Widesuite Condo with retail
