Design looks like Studio JCI.

Good to see more purpose built rental in Barrie, the city is very short on rentals.

But what's the transit line? The local bus runs at a half hourly frequency that drops to hourly after 6:30 p.m.

This is one looooong building. Would rather if this were broken up into two buildings, but I understand that would be less ideal from a construction and maximization of massing perspective.
