Emerald Heights: a proposed master-planned, mixed-use residential & commercial development with buildings ranging from 8 to 38-storeys designed by Arcadis for Ebrahim Investments and Lark Group on the northwest corner of Steeles Avenue East and Bramalea Road within the Bramalea MTSA.

This concept was first envisioned in 2021, when council endorsed an MZO request.

The applicant(s) submitted employment conversion requests in 2022, which were not supported by the Region of Peel.

New pre-consultation concept materials have been submitted to the City of Brampton for phases 1-3 in anticipation of an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment.
