The address maybe wrong as I cannot find the thread for the site and not noted on the map. It is on the corner of Matthew Gate beside 3600 Edenshaw Site that was one of two projects for the area. It may come part of Edenshaw sit now as the Conservatory Group has the land up for sale now.

I can see Edenshaw going after this site now if the price is right which should be based on the current market and number of sites up for sale.. The LRT station is a block away

The very bottom states: Offered for sale by Ernst & Young Inc solely in its capacity as court appointed sales officer of the Conservators Group of Companies
