Another one comes to Vaughan. This one is in the south eastern area of VMC.

This is literally just across the street from CG Tower and and next to The Vincent. Exciting times ahead for this area. But the renders has me thinking it’s another mediocre spandrel tower.

Docs say 157.70, 142.95 and 130.50 so only one of the towers is a skyscraper.
