From the Lobbyist Registry, we learn that these 2 buildings are in play for redevelopment.
This is the south side of Davenport, just west of Avenue Road.

Site size: ~12000ft2 (though, functionally a bit smaller given that I don't see the south end of the site having much utility w/the irregular shape. )
Area precedent would be 35s across the road. Though, we're likely looking at something much shorter here as this has also sorts of SFH to its immediate south. There's currently no tall precedents on this side (south) of Davenport in this area.
110 Avenue might be a good place to look for a precedent here, they got 9s.
