Chateau Elegance (AKA "King Heights") (12765, 12781, and 12789 Keele Street): a 6-storey mixed-use condo & commercial building designed by Kohn Partnership Architects for Rob Strmota (2472498 Ontario Inc) on the southeast corner of Keele Street and Elizabeth Grove, north of Clearview Crescent in the Clearview Heights neighbourhood of King City.

ZBA Approved at OLT as of July 2022.
