Joy Station (Phase 2): a proposed 32 & 27-storey mixed-use condo & retail development and POPS designed by Kirkor Architects for Liberty Developments on the southwest corner of Castlemore Avenue and Anderson Avenue, on the east side of Markham Road in Markham's Greensborough — Mount Joy neighbourhood.
