Looks like tower 4 is going to market soon as "the Grand"
On another note (no pics) they have shoring rigs on site for universal city east, they demolished the small bungalow and cleared the site.

It will be lanching soon. The Grand will be located behind Universal City East as Tower 7. I believe it is 37 storeys high. Towers 4 and 5 are the landmark towers (46 and 54 storeys) which will be some of the tallest buildings in Durham. Ajax has a proposal for two 57 storey residential towers and OPB (Pickering Town Centre) has a proposal for a 55 storey tower.

tower 6 and 7 sit east of the existing towers. ive heard universal city 6 should break ground before the end of the year.
tower 7 aka "universal city grand" which was the one just started selling units
towers 4 and 5, the 45 and 55 story towers arent sold yet

i wonder if chestnut hill will try to buy the go station parking lots

Yepp, I watched them lower the first piece into the hole and they had 2 trucks on Sandy Beach laying in wait with 2 more pieces. I’ll try to snag a pic tomorrow if the crane is above grade by then.
