Lol add more floors effectively doubling the cost and space to lease is the solution to everything including a cheap reno. Same height as its neighbour. Why is that such a bad thing?

Just noticed that the Scott Mission has moved into this building while passing by recently. Which should help them prepare and open up their building further up the street for their redevelopment whenever that is ready to move.
