SW corner of Sheppard and Aragon, east of Warden.

This would be a nice spot for multi-bedrooms and family units. Quite a few parks nearby, close to a mall, nearby schools have room for more kids...
 
Gradual intensification continuing in the Warden & Sheppard area. This proposal is also just west of here, while the other large project is Pinnacle Toronto East.

I still believe that an extension of the Sheppard subway line to have stations at Consumers, Vic Park, Warden, Kennedy and perhaps even linking all the way to STC would be beneficial in serving this increasingly growing segment of the city. Kennedy is particularly notable with the amount of buildings in the pipeline just north of the 401.

No new renderings are updated in the database! One minor change to the details in the database was the total unit count. The total unit count initially was 208 units; but, now it's decreased to a total of 205 units. No changes to the overall building heights, overall storey counts, parking count!
 
New renderings taken from the architectural plan via SPA. The total unit count changed from 205 units to 201 units. Total parking was reduced from 209 parking to 202 parking. Finally, the developer is now Lorenzo Developments and the architect is Z Square Group.
