Mile & Creek Condos: a proposed 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7 & 3-storey condo development designed by KNYMH for Mattamy Homes on the south side of Whitlock Avenue, in Milton's Cobban neighbourhood:

Milton, where land is cheap and so are site plans. If they're going to go with a (mid-rise) Tower-in-the-Park style plan here now, could they not future-proof it for infill later? The rivers and lagoons of surface parking on this site are depressing anti-urban holdovers from the 1960s that will blight this development forever, if approved as proposed.

Phase 1 with First building is underway and it’s already at 7 of 8 stories with precast concrete built and second 8-Storey building will be building soon

Work is underway with single below grade level and excavation
