New Application in the AIC for this site, on Dufferin, taking up a full block on the east side, running north from Castlefield.

The ask here certainly isn't audacious, but it will set a new height precedent for the area (good).

To north of the building shown above is a public park, which also abuts this proposal.

Looking at the above, and considering the proposed ft2 vs storey count, I believe we can and should expect this to be an on-site parkland dedication which will add accretively to the existing park.
 
No angular plane!

The text above indicates that one largely isn't needed due to the width of Dufferin relative to the height. They're calculating that factoring in a future road-widening it seems.
