A proposed 6-storey boutique-style condominium in Oakville. The development is located on the east side of Bronte Road, south of Upper Middle Road. The development is proposed by Caivan Community and designed by Kirkor Architects.

If anyone's wondering, the Saw-whet is a species of owl native to the area, its name having been borrowed for a public golf course that was on these lands for over 30 years. The golf course closed a half dozen years ago and is being developed in multiple parcels, of which this is one.
