I know this area well. Not an ideal place to live. Hwy 25 is quite busy. A lot of truck traffic and speedsters with loud cars. Besides Trafalgar Rd., this is pretty much the main connection between Oakville and Milton. Road is very busy throughout the day and well into the evening. A lot of Milton folks take Hwy 25 to get to the QEW. Plus the walkability is awful. The closest grocery store is the Sobey's on Louis St. Laurent. You would definitely need a car to get there.
These condos would be best for people looking to get into the market, but definitely not a place worthy of settling down.
