Huh. Southeast corner is addressed to 735, not 743 Warden. Is 735 a convenience address, and 743 the legal one for the larger area pre-subdivision I suppose?

No idea. I suspect 743 was the address for the larger development parcel prior to it's subdivision and development.

Correct. 743 Warden is the larger subdivision development that includes the townhouses (mostly built), commercial blocks at the NE corner of Warden/Cleanside, and a mixed-use block at the SE Corner of Warden/Cleanside. A 14-unit commercial building will be constructed on the northside of Cleanside where the sales office is. On the southside will be a 9-storey mixed-use building with residential above ground floor commercial.

The overall building storey count remains at 9-storey and the total unit count is still at 206 units. The overall building height dropped from 33.80m to 33.0m and finally, the overall parking count increased from 190 parking spaces to 200 parking spaces.
