This may not be the correct address, but is a vacant land next to the Cooksville GO Station Parking Lot.
The last time I was by the site, it was a used car lot and storage area. Today, everything has been raze and clear.
The owner stated during the EA for the LRT that he was going to built some towers on the site, but was a decade or so away. I guess with the LRT to be running in 2022, now the time to build.
I prefer to see someone to have full control of Metrolinx land and all the other land around it to develop a master site plan putting GO parking underground and look at putting a least 10-15 towers on that site.
