They have put up pretty serious hoarding along James Street and the old Teachers Credit Union building has been torn down... now we just wait for the shoring machines to arrive. Here is the site as it was this evening:
Also, this proposal has been redesigned. I have seen a render, but am waiting to receive the updated submission documents from the City. I'll post when I have news on that front.

This is now under construction and has been increased to 34st and 108m.
@Northern Light , the first render is the most recent. The second one is older, which was revised to the other rendering which is what is getting built.

Just a few photos of this one from this afternoon. Not much to see at the moment, they're continuing to dig down. I don't believe it will be deep, though, one storey or two at most.
