General Question for Anyone - Do you think this is a good project to invest in? i.e. will it be profitable and will renters want to live here? I heard the first 2 buildings are 95% sold so there must be something. Looking for some insight. Also considering closing is November 2023 will the Eglinton LRT be in place by then?

"The Curve" and Townhouses will start selling in the "Spring" as per Aspen Ridge sales team. Seems like the project is moving faster then expected.

Anyone know how much the price/sqf? Also I heard the completion date would be the same as the first 3 towers. Any confirmation on this?

Prices start around $1120ish P/SQF seems relatively decent priced based upon the location and project. Congrats to the folks who bought in the high 800s and low 900s over 2 years ago.
