Thanks for sharing Northern Light. Question, revision (h) - what qualifies as a transit infrastructure corridor? As far as I'm aware, it's mainly bus routes in this area - are there other plans for high order transit? Cheers!

No, there are no plans for higher order transit along this stretch of Kingston Road.

I can't find the source right now, but the Cliffside neighbourhood study (or maybe it was the Kingston/Danforth realignment study?) did indicate a vision to remove the centre median and replace it with bus lanes at least as far east as Midland. That'd be an improvement, and then it's also not that bad to get up to the eventual Eglinton East LRT extension from around there, and the GO service has steadily improved.

Certainly all a lot better than it was thirty years ago!

New elevation drawings are updated in the database. There are also many changes to the project information. The overall building height changed from 32.61m to 31.20m. The total unit count increased from 104 to 138 units. Finally, the total parking spaces were reduced from 127 parking to 96 parking.
