With an adjourned OMB/LPAT pre-hearing, it's anyone's guess. Possibly they've gone back to the drawing board to work with the City on something the City is more likely to support? (Welcome to UT, W14-D!).

I don't see a photo on the thread of the as-is condition, so I'll drop this here:

I'd forgotten all about this one til I saw it in the Block context plan for the site on the north side of Cosburn.

Flag to the MODS, this one requires a DB file and pin on the map.

No sign of any new info on this one visibly; though Councillor Fletcher had a zoom meeting on Broadview developments at which it was on the agenda last year.

I don't any OLT decision, nor activity since 2020.
