Does anyone know if this development is going to be built on or off of Yonge st ? And is it going to be a mid or high rise building ?

The building will be 29 storeys tall, and it may actually be where the outdoor pool is now beside 33 Rosehill, as opposed to right over the subway tracks (which run under the tennis courts). It won't be on Yonge.

Waiting for the site plan, etc., to be posted.

^ My aunt lives in a building on the north side of Rosehill. I'll probably hear about it at the next family gathering.

HPA riffs. The balconies here are giving off a square fuddy duddy derivative jive take on 1 Bloor East's smooth ondulating jazzy ones.

Not bad, just a little clunky.

I think they're supposed to echo the balconies on the other two buildings in that complex. Speaking of which, I doubt this new building will look any worse than those two. Which is not to say they're bad, exactly, but the only thing (visually) compensating for their bland functionality is their impressive scale.
