I did not see a thread for this one but the building looks pretty cool. The centre is next to Keelesdale Park which contains three soccer fields and a quaint old fashion arena.

  • tot/kids pool with spray features
  • shallow leisure tot pool with ramp

For more information, please call:

  • 416-392-9675 for all inquiries regarding General Programs and Aquatics
York Recreation Centre is located at 115 Black Creek Drive, on the southeast corner of Eglinton Ave. West and Black Creek Drive. There are over 100 parking spaces for residents using the facility. Once complete, the Eglinton subway extension will be just steps away.

Would like to see a Next TTC Vehicle Information display at the Centre, so that people could see when the next TTC vehicle will depart at the Black Creek Drive & Eglinton Avenue West intersection.

I might add a "Line 5 Eglington LRT E...4 years" at the bottom.

Went to workout here for the first time and the place is beautiful and busy, seems great with lots of activities going on and people in the area seem to love it.
