I went to the presentation centre, and I really like this project. Most of the layouts are well thought out, and I love all the (individual) outdoor space that was designed; bonus that all units include a gas BBQ, and the outdoor balcony/terraces will have porcelain tiling standard. I think the asking price is a bit high, but then I don't know the Leslieville neighbourhood that well (except hearing that it's really up and coming *shrugs*).

Purely anecdotal, but they appear to be selling. When I was there, a couple was also looking, and actually signed on the spot.
