"The applicant is proposing to alter the existing two storey mixed-use building (containing one ground floor commercial unit and four residential dwelling units) by constructing a second storey addition, a third storey addition, and a ground floor outdoor patio. The proposal would increase the number of commercial units to 2 and the number of residential units to 8."
By Alva Roy Architects who recently completed 220 Lippincott down the street.
Looks like Pizza Gigi will be incorporated into the new building, with the addition of a second retail unit.
