Good to see. Is there going to be retail spaces along the street walls of the new buildings?
 
I don't see anything that adds to the neighbourhood except density. It's not bad for infill squeezed around an existing tower in a park. I'm just not really impressed by any of them. I see why they were torn down in Regent Park not that approve that decision.

Yes, as the front page story reports, there is 647 square metres of retail space in the plan.

That comes in the form of two ground level stores at the south end of the site in the base of the 44-storey tower. There is also a substantial daycare in that podium as well.

The ground floor of 10-storey building at the north end of the site features townhomes at grade level.

Engineering density. Architecture need not apply. I always liked these towers.
