Thread for those owning or residing at Minto Yorkville Park.
 
Does anyone actually own or live in this building? I was thinking about purchasing through resale but for a new building, the maintenance is really high. I'm seeing almost a dollar per sqft.
Is the building poorly managed or is it a luxury building? Can't really tell if it's luxury from outside.
