Ground breaking for this was back in May 2019. According to this, the buildings were scheduled to open in June 2020. Not sure if they're actually completed or not right now.

The application was resubmitted here with a revised site plan - does anybody know why would this have had happened, so close to completion already? Could not find a grocery store tenant?

There's a fairly high concentration of grocery stores in the area, so it sounds likely that they had difficulty securing a substantial tenant for that space here. Although, it may be tough to fill out all those smaller units too as there's no shortage of retail plazas either in the area, especially along Midland.
