Mulling over the University's 2024-2025 budget, I came across a tidbit that this site is the subject of planning for a capital project.

No details as yet.

The site as it is:

10s office there now.

The site is larger than it looks here at almost 1 acre, albeit with lots of surrounding buildings up to their lot lines.

Also of note from the above, U of T forked out 20M on top of the original purchase price, to boot CAMH out of its College Street building by 2030, instead of the originally intended 2038.
