There's a proposal for a nine-storey rental building on the west side of Keele, halfway between Eglinton and Lawrence. To me, it seems to disprove the adage "they don't build them like they used to", which you can judge for yourself in our front page story.

Instead of their earlier plan to build an addition to their 9-storey rental building as seen above, Bombay Court Ltd.'s new plan (from Marc's post) is for 9 stacked townhomes along the north edge of the property bordering the ravine. Kohn Partnership Architects Inc. are the designers.
