Hey everyone,
If you're checking out the Home Show, come say hi - I'm at Skyline's Port McNicoll booth, aisle 3200.
There are only two booths dealing directly with real estate this year: ours and Vicroty/Liberty Market Lofts right next door.
[There's also lot of Shamwow! selling happening as well, and then there's the "I can't sell it to you but you can sign in to win" booths, "debt consultants" (watch out), Toyota, hot tubs, and "we've been in the business for 93 years but we don't advertise" scripts.]
But I digress. Last summer, we put together a site for the project:
PortMcNicollRealEstate.com - will be going up there in March to document the progress (2 homes underway so far, road and services put in) and post new videos.
Gil Blutrich, Skyline'e CEO finalized the purchase of Horseshoe Valley resort last year, and is working on making the two resorts into a four-season activity centre, hired Live Work Learn Play (former consultants to Intrawest) to help with developing the vision. Lookin' good so far.
