I am surprised that the Green P lot out back (246 Brooke) isn't one of the included properties.

This is a small land owner encompassing only the corner building and the adjacent "Backs2beds.ca" building .... plans I've seen were 5 storey building with 45 degree angular plane stepping down on the west side as required by City ... extremely tight site so much that it had to resolve to parking elevators ... Green P has no interest to redevelop 'at this time'

That's parallel parking in the lot behind this and adjacent Yonge Street properties, widening enough eventually for regular perpendicular spaces.

What's so interesting about this is that it has 0 parking. I imagine most users of the building will simply park next door in the Green P lot, but it is unusual for true 0 parking developments to exist this far out of the core.
