Those buildings in the first photo (south side of Queen E) are very beautiful. However the retail doesn't seem successful as they never seem to be busy and vibrant.

What are the other photos?

I find some of the retail does well, but this area hasn't really gentrified in comparison too across the DVP in Leslieville.

really? I have never seen Queen E busy.
Hopefully the high rent on Queen W and Bloor will bring more retailers to Queen East. Well, wishful thinking before north side of Queen is developed.

Yes Queen E does get busy, relatively speaking ... I'm talking about east of the DVP ...

The last three photos are the back addition of 187 Queen Street. I liked it for the modern design.

I really like the inclusion of a lightwell in the middle of the project that brings natural light to the first floor level office space. Also, the particular stain of the wood panelling brings to mind Canadian cottages.
