Proposed Development​

The applications propose an 18 storey mixed-use building as Phase 1 of a multi-phase comprehensive mixed-use development of the property. The Phase 1 building proposes 440 square metres of retail space, 1820 square metres of medical office space, and 170 residential units with 203 parking spaces and three levels of underground parking. The building is initially proposed to fit within the existing plaza, with additional phases to be applied for separately.

This plaza is where LJM Development's headquarters is located, interestingly. Looks like they intend to develop the plaza piecemeal.
